Beautiful Rooms on a Budget
Television is full of home shows that feature speedy, low-cost, high-style room makeovers. Now Good Interiors is able to offer its clients these dramatic transformations in their own homes, as quickly and affordably as the shows that inspired them.
A makeover generally costs $1,800 to $2,000 per room, including all goods, services and design fees. Clients must allow 3-4 days away from their homes, during which time the room is completely transformed.
The process involves a great deal of communication between designer and client, with the designer learning about the client's style, needs, as well as likes and dislikes. But as with the television makeover, the client must be comfortable ceding a certain degree of control to the designer.
